INTRODUCTION

By 2025, the accelerated adoption of Industry 4.0 technologies – including intelligent manufacturing, the Internet of Things (IoT), and artificial intelligence (AI) – will drive substantial improvements in industrial automation. This transformation is intensifying the demand for industrial chips and sensor instruments. The WAIE 2025, themed "Focusing on Digital Economy, Empowering Intelligent Industrial Development", aims to showcase the applications and latest advancements of industrial chips and sensor technologies in intelligent manufacturing and Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) and to drive technological upgrading and innovation in smart factories and automated production systems across enterprises.
